Three New Tenants For Hamilton Landing

NOVATO, CA – June 11, 2003 – Hamilton Landing has signed three new leases with local professional service firms to move into Marin County's award winning new 550,000 square foot office campus. The three leases bring the occupancy in the available space of the renovated historic airplane hangars to 60%.

San Anselmo-based Herrerias & Associates, executive search and leadership consultants, will relocate to hangar five at Hamilton Landing. The 12-year-old professional consulting firm will join the Marin Community Foundation and Spatialight who already occupy the hangar. Herrerias & Associates’ new 1,734 square foot office will be located on the first floor of the 57, 291 square foot hangar. The firm has signed a five-year lease.

Two of the three new tenants will be moving into hangar three joining two major tenants already located in the building, Brown and Brown of California insurance brokers and the new YMCA that is scheduled to open later this summer. Psychological Services, a group of five professionals who provide mental health services, will take 1,761 square feet for their offices. The firm has signed a ten-year lease for space on the first floor of the hangar.

Also moving into hangar three is Royston Investments. The firm has signed a five-year lease for 1,484 square feet of space on the second floor of the 54,000 square foot hangar. Royston Investments is relocating from Novato and will move in this fall.

"One hangar is fully leased and the majority of space in two others is occupied. Just one hangar remains available for a major tenant. Hamilton Landing is appealing to every type of business. We are on track with our financial targets to finish out the 550,000 square foot development within the next 36 months"
